About Me:
Retired 7/31/08 after ESUHSD in San Jose, decided they did not want to keep the planetarium open for East Side students or the community. I retired after 38 years of teaching. I am loving retirement. I am traveling often with my husband and with friends. We flew to Oahu, Hawaii in September and were able to visit Bishop Planetarium. In October we flew to Las Vegas and visited the planetarium staff at College of Southern Nevada. As I travel around I plan to visit more planetariums. I will share those adventures with IPS members through articles in the Planetarian. I am enjoying life! I highly recommend retirement!
